[Bilka] [2.1.8] Space Platform Hub tooltips use inconsistent terminology

What did you do?

• Connect a Space Platform Hub to a circuit network
• Mouseover the checkboxes and read the tooltips

What happened?

"Sets the logistics requests of the chest based on the signals from the circuit network."

"Reads the contents of the container and sends them to the circuit network."

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
"Sets the logistics requests of the platform hub based on the signals from the circuit network."

"Reads the contents of the platform hub and sends them to the circuit network."

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
All the other tooltips refer to the "platform".

This is a minor grammatical concern at best... it seems like these tooltips were copied from other entities (Logistic Chests?) with the same functionality.
