[2.1.8] thruster displaying a higher amount of thrust

-this is a ship is a blueprint from 2.0.77 about 1 to 2 years ago I pasted it on to the space platform and loaded my stuff for space travel. it displayed 6.1 GN of thrust visualy it doesn't go that fast but I haven't tested it. there is a sandbox world if you want to see the bug. {note}( I have 2 pined achvments)
- I dont have any ships that was flying that the time and no ships had thrusters. and it displayed it on the factoriopedia for thruster and it scales with quality and the rare thruster consumption is bugged

{I didst test for }
1. if this was only form old blueprints like 2.0.77 or older
2 if it an os/type (arm x86 x64) of the computer
3 not pasting the blueprint/ me building it manually
4 it going faster than before
5 checking if it only happens in exprmantal vs stable release

my best guess it is a os bug or a new clacultion for thrust that I haven't seen

Thrust was being undereported in 2.0 by a factor of 60: 120393
The values in 2.1 should be correct
