Allow mod updates without forcing a restart (just close the game)

Sometimes I check for mod updates after a session, when I don't plan to keep playing for this day.
In this case I'd like to be able to update my mods without the game restarting itself. Just download the mods and close the game on confirmation.

A simple checkbox for "keep factorio closed after update" would do it.
