[Klonan] [2.1.8] Tips and Tricks planet briefings show incomplete surface

I finished researching Gleba, traveled to it, landed and got the new Tips and Tricks entry. Clicked on the Tips and Tricks button itself (not the entry popup), and saw the following appearance for all planet briefings.
