Allow setting the inserter output lane via circuit conditions

TL;DR

The player should be able to use circuit conditions to control the alignment of inserter outputs

What?

Using circuit conditions the player should be able to switch the output lanes of an inserter similar to how splitter circuit conditions work

Why?

it would allow the player to feed two items on one belt via a single box in space constrained environments.



As this is technically controlling flips and rotations of machines the feature could also be extended to allow any machine to be orientated via circuit networks allowing this cursed multi-fluid bottler to work:
