Allow changing "Import from" setting on circuit-controlled platform requests

I am loving that we can set requests on platforms using the circuit network in 2.1 now. Really helpful for biter eggs on Promethium platforms. However, I have another ship that both transports eggs to gleba and provides useful buildings to other ships in orbit. As a result, pretty much all eggs that get sent up to the second ship immediately get sent over to the promethium platform instead of staying on board for gleba. The request under "controlled by circuit network" on my promethium ship clearly shows "Import from: Any location", but there is no way to modify that behavior to only import from the planet.

I don't think it would necessarily be practical to allow setting that per-request via the circuit network, but would it be possible to have a general toggle for the request group under "controlled by circuit network" to choose between planet/other platforms/all?
