Summary:
Super force building a blueprinted assembler X ghost over an assembler Y ghost causes both requests to disappear (assembler level does not appear to matter).
Steps to reproduce:
Load attached save ghostshiptest.zip
Paste the blueprint from Game Blueprints -> "Illegally Smol" onto platform AA-BuildTarget
-This shows an Assembler 3 is requested along with the rest of expected materials
Quickly copy platform AA-BuildSource, and Super Force Build this over AA-BuildTarget.
-Ghost Assembler 3 is replaced with a Ghost Assembler 2, but both disappear from "Auto request missing construction materials". Toggling auto request off and on does not request either assembler.
This also works in reverse; copying AA-BuildSource and then Super Force Building the blueprint. Both assembler configurations do have module requests, however trying without modules in the assemblers appears to have the same result.

Re: [Lou][2.1.7] Super Force Building blueprint breaks platform autobuild request
From further testing it appears to happen specifically when Super Force Build replacing a ghost for an entity that is still waiting on platform tiles to be built underneath, but possibly only when the waiting tiles themselves are also waiting on a ghost tile connection before being valid for building.
