[2.1.7] manually upgrading mirrored inserter makes it unmirrored

[2.1.7] manually upgrading mirrored inserter makes it unmirrored

If I place a yellow inserter and mirror it, and then later place a blue inserter over it to upgrade it, the mirrorred state is lost.
