Storage Chest QoL improvement / blacklist

TL;DR

Let Storage Chest specify multiple filters, blacklist/whitelist, and option to trash unfiltered items.

What?

Presently, the Storage Chest allows a single item filter.
Storage Chest should be updated to have a similar interface to inserters - allow specifying multiple filters and option to set blacklist vs whitelist.
Further more, Storage Chests should have a 'trash unfiltered' option similar to 'trash unrequested' on Requester Chests.
Alternatively, add a 6th chest type (white?) "Supply Chest". Although it should be unlocked along with Storage Chests.

Why?

• I use Storage Chests as a dual-purpose supply and dumping ground for personal logistics and malls.
• Would allow Storage Chests to act as storage for multiple, but limited set of, items, for better organization.
• The Buffer Chest does not work for this as it doesn't allow storing excess beyond the requested amount.
• Presently, bots already en-route ignore the filter and don't attempt to "clean" the chest. 'Trash unfiltered' would fix that.
• General versatility and choice.

This seems like one of those overlooked things that's fallen through the cracks.

It would also be nice to have a "prioritise" checkbox, which will make bots actively try to move things stored in other storage chests to this one, if they match the filter, rather than putting them in existing piles.

the "trash unfiltered" would have to be put behind logistics research. otherwise you could use it as a active provider withiout the research. same with the automatic pulling of items.
