Quality Selection Hotkeys for Crafters

I made a mod that I feel like might be a simple/useful addition to the game: Quality Selection Hotkeys for Crafters

It adds the following:

While hovering over a crafting machine or while having its UI open:

- Use Ctrl + 1/2/3/4/5 -> set current recipe quality to normal/green/blue/purple/orange
- Ctrl/Alt + scroll wheel -> scroll quality up/down

Inspired from the Alt + scroll hotkeys in the UI to change quality.

I pretty much use hotkeys for everything, and I felt like I was having to click too much while changing only the quality on existing machines XD

Note: in 2.1 I think the mod will have to account for asteroid processing things, I couldn't find a way to check which recipes allow quality and which dont, I found that without some checks for all fluid ingredients, my mod could change even those recipes
