[2.0.76] Crash on start loading mods, excessive memory allocation failed

I start game via steam
after long loading of a mod stops at prototyping and crashes
on previous versions game loaded successfuly, everything worked fine at version 2.0.73 and lower
does happening everytime on current version

Your page file seems very full by the end of loading, possibly due to allocation leaks from other things on your system. Try restarting your PC, that usually fixes weird issues like this.

i figured out that i have near maximum usage of memory by factorio (all 32+ Gb), my bad that i didn't checked that

Yeah I wasn't sure how all the memory use could be from Factorio, so I thought maybe it was a driver misbehaving or something.

The game is trying to allocate more memory than available on the system. You can try verifying the game install through steam and disabling your mods by editing the mod list file, beyond that you need to wait for a dev to take a look.

probably from amount of things that comes from quality, i play with very high amount of things that can be affected by quality, taking that here is over 200 quality levels + mod that allow compress buildings which multiplies everything by 4 xd

I looked into this and it's simply that you're running out of memory due to the mod configuration you've installed and setup.
