Made Click to move as accessibility option (Not as mod)

Right now Factorio could be played with mostly mouse, with few rebind for things like clearing selection, rotation/flipping and configurable hotbar panel. Except moving around require to use second hand/not use mouse

I know there is mods that are allow doing so, but that is the catch, that is a mod while it should be baseline option. They also require people to look for mod and on top of those mods are for example disabling steam achievements.

It also would be nice QoL improvement for general players. But I personaly know onehanded person who mostly ignore most of modern games just because majority of them does not have good singlehand control option.
