Character Auto-Run Bug

Hi,

I'm currently playing Space Age, but this issue started before I installed the DLC.

Increasingly often, while running around my base, my character will suddenly continue moving in one direction as if a movement key is stuck. I completely lose control and can't get my character to stop. The only way I've found to recover is to mash the movement keys (W, A, S, and D) repeatedly until it eventually stops.

At first I thought it was a hardware issue with my keyboard, but I've tested with a different keyboard and experienced the exact same behavior. The problem has become more frequent over time, and the periods where I regain control are getting shorter. At this point it's becoming almost game-breaking, as I'm constantly fighting this "auto-run" behavior.

Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a known fix? I'm happy to provide additional information, including my mod list, save file, or system details if that would help troubleshoot the issue.

Normally when I hear something like this, it has to do with holding the movement keys when opening a GUI panel for something, or alt-tabbing to another program. I've never heard of it latching the movement keys while you are doing nothing but watch your character move.

Is this in single player mode? Have you checked what your FPS/UPS stats are when it happens?
