Remove Turret Damage doubledipping

TL;DR
Projectile Damage upgrade should no longer boost Turret Damage
What?
Physical projectile damage should no longer provide a secondary boost to turret damage. Instead, the bonus should be fully applied to physical projectiles.
Due to the two being cumulative, you do need to do some multiplication to make sure you keep the same effective balance for turrets.
Why?
The doubledipping makes turrets scale disproportionally compared to handheld SMG/Pistol, Shotguns, the Car, and the Tank. Aside from turret creeping (whether or not that is considered a problem) The portable weapons tend to fall behind in effectiveness, at least partly due to this.

Doing this, all the projectile weapons would scale at the same set rate, and correspondingly, you would find the car, tank, smg, and shotgun useful for longer.
