While designing a blueprint in editor mode, I placed some rail ramps in places that should not have allowed this placement. When I created a blueprint and tried to build it in my non-editor save, the rail ramps were not buildable. I've noticed that there is a difference between placing the ramps from map view, which correctly prevents placement even in editor mode.
I could provide a save file, but as the video shows a new game being created, I'm not sure if it's needed. The video also shows that the late game foundation research is not completed and that foundations are not shown when trying to create a blueprint of an incorrectly placed rail ramp.
I'm on an Apple M4 Pro Macbook with OSX Tahoe version 26.5.1 (25F80) in case this information is needed.

In Map editor, select Settings tab and disable "Ignore tile conditions".
