[2.0.76] Scroll position resets after opening Reasearch

1. Place a requester chest with so many requests that requests list is scrollable
2. Open the requester window and scroll the requests list to any position other than top
3. Open then close Research
Requests list is reset to the top

(this also applies to inventory list of this window, I have not checked other windows)

Thanks for the report however this is not a bug. When the technology GUI is opened the logistic container/any other GUI is closed. Scroll positions are not remembered between closing and opening GUIs.

It might woprk as designet, but this is definietly an UI bug.
