1. What did you do?
I played the tutorial - "Abandoned Railway Depot" (last stage).

2. What happened?
A chat message appeared with a very strange name ("autochtoni").

3. What did you expect?
Instead of "autochtoni," the correct name was "kąsacze" (biters)

4. Does this happen every time, once, or sometimes?
I only tried it once; it's probably always like this.
