[2.0.76] Achievments for launching the first rocket don't trigger before victory sreen

After finally finishing my first base game playthrough, and launching a rocket to space, I am greeted with the victory screen (attached as screenshot). I then looked at the credits briefly, and then I clicked "Finish". This took me back out to the main menu. Achievement-less. When I reloaded the attached save file, waited for the victory screen, and then instead pressed "Continue", I was given the appropriate achievements immediately upon continuation.

I expected to be given the achievements for beating the game even if I quit to the main menu immediately upon officially beating the game.

The attached log file is from a later reenactment, with me opening the game, loading the attached save file, watching the rocket launch, then pressing "Finish" on the victory screen, and finally pressing "Quit" in the main menu, and getting no achievements in the process.
