[2.0.76] Desync with Mods

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

Running a server on a local network machine. I am not a programmer by any means so I have no idea what any of this means.

It is my first bug in over 2300 hours of gameplay! Thank you for such a fun and polished game. I hope this small contribution helps the game in some way.

I was playing solo at the time pushing trains from a loading station to an unloading station on Vulkanus. 2x trains with 3 engine, 8 cargos and 1x train with 2 engines, 4 cargo. I was not able to reproduce it.
