[2.0.73] inconsistent ammo category mappings in the Factoriopedia

Usually, combat items like defender and other capsules have the corresponding ammo category listed in the Factoriopedia, but that is not the case for the following entries:

- personal laser defense does not list the "Laser" ammo category
- landmine is not part of landmine ammo category
- grenade and cluster grenade are not part of grenade ammo category

The personal laser defense is listed inside the Laser ammo group (fixed since 2.0.67 130959), but the personal laser defense itself lacks the corresponding ammo category reference. The other two entries miss connections in both directions.
