Best Method for Producing Chlorine Without Excess Sodium Hydroxide?

I’m currently producing Chlorine using salt water electrolysis, but the process also generates a large amount of Sodium Hydroxide as a byproduct. The problem is that my factory consumes far more Chlorine than Sodium Hydroxide, so I’m constantly ending up with huge storage backups of unused Sodium Hydroxide.

Am I missing another production method for Chlorine that’s more efficient or balanced? Or is the intended solution simply to store, void, or find additional uses for the excess Sodium Hydroxide?

I’d appreciate any suggestions or production setups that help manage this imbalance more effectively.
