Temporary train stop change wait condition

TL;DR
Add setting to set (change) temporary stop wait condition, or additional shortcut with different condition

Why?
Currently when i send the train to temporary stop the train leaves after 5s, while 95% of the time i want the train to stay there. And if i don't catch the train in time and it leaves then i need to send it again to the same place. It's annoying

It's still one of the most cumbersome parts of requesting trains, which has been annoying since its introduction. I'd love for this to be configurable, or at least some other default.
