[2.0.76] Trash unrequested indicator flashing doesn't count ammo in ammo slots

If I have a personal logistics request for 600 magazines, 100 go to my ammo slots as it should and the other 500 stay in my inventory. However if I then pick up more magazines, say another 500 so I have 1k in my inventory and I hover over the trash unrequested checkbox, only 4 stacks of magazines start flashing to indicate they will be trashed, but when I actually click it 5 stacks of magazines are sent to the trash slots.

edit: On second thought I should have included this in the screenshots, in both I have 100 uranium magazines in my ammo slots
