First time it has ever happened. Can't even to the first menu list. Attaching dmp and log files.

Try a different version of your graphics driver.

Unrelated observation:
Your RAM seems to be running at default, slowest possible speed of 2133 MT/s instead of 3200 MT/s your memory supports. Go to BIOS and set it to XMP profile of 3200 to fix it.
