[2.0.76] Texture compression setting none doesn't exist in the GUI but exists in config.ini
I can't set the texture compression to none in the GUI settings. I used to be able to do this years ago but the option is missing now for some reason. I can set it in the config.ini but it's not reflected in the GUI.

Thanks for the report, this is intended. It was hidden 6 years ago and although I can't precisely tell you why, my guess is that it would consume too much VRAM for regular users and cause poor performance. It is accessible through the config file for players who really want it and know what they are doing.

It should probably at least still update in the GUI when changed through the .ini file so at least we know it's applied.

Just to make sure, you uncommented that line, right? (removed the "; " at the beginning of the line).
