Blueprint title contrast & readabilty on the cursor

When viewing larger blueprints, all of the different overlaying elements, arrows, and UI elements are making the background of the blueprint title very noisy. This reduces the readability by a TON. With larger books, it becomes very difficult to navigate, especially on a 2K monitor.

To improve the contrast and readability I propose:
- Accessibility text background as an option
- Move the title of the blueprint to GUI element above the hotbar.
- Overhaul blueprint navigation entirely
