Allow Paving Of Space

As distance between planets is moderate (ex., 15,000 - 30,000 kilometers for the inner planets), please allow space platforms to be extended to connect directly between planet surfaces. This will improve realism, as, assuming that one Factorio tile is about one meter square, a distance of 15,000 km (15 million meters) is a distance that can be practically covered with space platform tiles and belts (or a train network set up). Fifteen million belts is certainly a lot, but not outside the bounds of what can be produced by a large base, so implementation of this suggestion would be well-balanced: a challenging task, but one that would pay off in terms of improving interplanetary logistics.

Feature (sort-of) exists: you can use vertically stacked thrusters to achieve unreasonably fast interplanetary travel. With a max platform Height of 1,000,200 meters = 1,000.2km you can achieve quite a bit of speed - although it is only about 7% of the distance between planets it makes the journey in only a few seconds.
