[2.0.76] Blueprint parametrization is broken, even with the most simple use cases

I'm well aware of bug "128863", which has been open forever (the bug report might make it sound like a corner case). However, I have had zero success with using parametrized blueprints without encountering bugs - no corner case involved. Even a trivial use case like multiplying the copper value of a constant combinator with an arithmetic combinator combinator doesn't work properly.
