Add "Exclude Installed" Filter to "Mods » Explore"

The Filters for the Mods list is pretty comprehensive but there aren't any options to ignore what you already have installed

My personal use-case is that I've bookmarked something on the website, come to my computer later and want to find the mod to install, I filter with "Bookmarks only" but cannot find the mod I've recently bookmarked

The ability to filter out what I already have installed feels like a really broadly useful feature, rather than anything specific for my issue like sort-by-bookmarked-at, or anything insane
