Covarex. Logic is everything - minimum buildings

So, with Legendary Centrifuge and Legendary Beacons it can easily support 20-30 legendary nuclear reactor (I have 14 and 90% of time it just sleeping)

* Small dashboard just to check that reactor temperature and that water/steam are available
* Separate chests for 235 and 238 uranium
* Prioritize to use uranium from fuel reprocessing
* You can start with normal quality, then just replace without any architecture changes.

Um... Not to discourage you from looking for interesting solutions, but Kovarex refining can be done without any automation at all, just clever belts and inserters positioning. Here is my slap-dash solution with manual loading:

To add prioritized fuel reprocessing you just need to switch the recipe for the topmost Centrifuge. And to add belt insertion for dark uranium you can replace chest and inserter with external side-belt input anywhere after side-looping, but before Centrifuges. Also, the second Beacon wouldn't hurt either. I use this setup to kick-start refining as early as possible (when there is no Beacon research yet), so it has a lot that can be improved.
