Ability to toggle on/off spoilage affecting tool durability
Surprised I haven't seen anyone else ask for this, but could we get an API parameter for disabling a tools durability from being affected by spoilage? It'd be nice to have the flexibility of a science pack that can spoil, but doesn't become weaker over time.
coder? i hardly know her!

Can we also get the opposite thing? A Science pack whos freshness (and therefore durability) are set based on the spoil level of the ingredients, but then which maintains that frehness level indefinitely. Currently accomplishing this in a silly way (by having the resulting science pack have an extraordinarily long spoilage timer so that it basically never loses any freshness) but it would be nice to just have the clean option instead.
