This issue only occurs when a filter is set.

A blueprint to reproduce this.

Copy blueprint
1) When no filters are set. It's no problem.
2) When a filter is set.
It's still snapping to the grid, and the same happens with the other relative-grid blueprint.

I've seen similar topics regarding relative-grid.
