Uncommon/rare Fast & Bulk inserter transfer rate

What did you do?
I was making my own inserter spreadsheet for transfer speeds in the lab

What happened?
Found out uncommon fast inserters and rare fast inserters have the same transfer rate when transfering from belt to belt and from belt to box. Same applies to uncommon and rare bulk inserters

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
Expected that rare bulk and fast inserters transfer more items than uncommon ones, as they do on every other quality step
NOTE: this does not happen when transfering from box to box or box to belt, in those cases rares are better than uncommon

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
It happens all the time
