Cliffs: Make it even more useful

Recently, cliffs have been improved: longer, can sometimes spawn between lakes... to make it potentially useful for defense. In my default save, I have been able to use many lakes for defense, but only one small cliff.

I suggest to make the cliffs more useful:
  • Longer
  • With less gaps
  • Triple probability of spawn in a lateral direction between lakes
  • But only those farther than 1000 tiles from the map center, to not affect early game player movement too much
Map gen is probably not going to change in 2.1... but just leaving this here anyway.

According to 120720 “Cliffs are not a guarantee of protection.” So relying upon them for Defense is not a good idea.

You can increase the length of Cliff sections with the Map Gen slider when starting a game.
