[2.0.73] Offshore pump doesn't rename to well pump

The offshore pump, when covered with ice platform on Aquilo or with foundation on Fulgora and Vulcanus, doesn't rename to "well pump" like it does on Nauvis and Gleba. I think to make it make sense it shouldn't be the water well pump on all the planets but "<liquid> well pump" to be unified with Nauvis' naming scheme for the offshore pump.
I'm guessing the condition is the fluid being water since it works on Gleba and Nauvis?

Thanks for the report however this is working correctly. The "Easter egg" only happens when on water covered with something.
