TL;DR

Make Logistic robots smarter

What?

Currently Logistics bots go charge with cargo, which slows down loading or just the processing of the goods.
This is really annoying if your loading a rocket and 1 robot desides to charge with items inside it. Especially if its a bit busy and that robot desides its a good idea to charge on the other side of the world.

Make it so that logistics bots dont accept a new assignment if the assignment is shorter then their max range but out of their current range.

Why?

It makes logistics a lot less annoying, now if you want to ship stuff you should really load it manually or with inserters and dedicated rockets. That takes away from the automation part of the game. Especially with space age where you need to load a lot of rockets.

Any suggestions how to do that other than asking make them better?

Cause they are already pretty smart. You cant make them human smart without tanking performance
