Dynamic whitelist/blacklist filters & circuit network

Why we cannot set these blacklist/whitelist (less than, more than, equal etc) filters especially for inserters from logistic network ??
Also there is no way to get "any quality" or "less than". "more than" etc signals in logistic network.
So there is always a struggle of set these by the hand, and there is a missing automation potential

Adding these things would make factory more dynamic in terms of circuit network and automatisaiton
