Add a personal roboport to the tank's grid, put the tank in the range of a logistic network with some logistic bots in the roboports and construction bots in the storage, put some construction bots and repair packs to the tank, add a request for construction bots to the tank, wait for an attack (spitters do the best). Observe the tank is damaged and gets self-repaired by personal bots and occasionally they are destroyed.

ACTUAL

Construction bots are not delivered to the tank despite it's request.

EXPECTED

Tank logistic request is fulfilled.

Your video shows construction bots being delivered upon which they start to repair and get destroyed.

OP had to manually modify the request to get them delivered after the original construction robot was destroyed, moving back to bug reports.
