Discrepancy between MCP and the forum display

I have indicators there are "posts awaiting moderation" when browsing the forum :

But the MCP is void of such posts/topics :

I believe it is a result of 113780 which creates topics that are approved but also notifications for not yet approved that persist until the time out after a month.
So the question mark indicator discrepancy I have seen for years now.
