Tooltip field that's modifiable at runtime

Tooltip is a useful place to put information. Sometimes the information you want to put can't be figured out at prototype stage, for instance if it's supposed to depend on what technology you have unlocked.

+1, even a single field shared per-mod would be insanely useful
Py and PyBlock developer, wielder of LUA in arbitrary ways. I make mods. Check them out, maybe.
