Game not running good anymore on Steam Deck

/EDIT I have an idea what the cause might be let me check that first

So I have not played for a while but before, I always ran Factorio from SteamOS Desktop mode and it ran flawless. Now, I get major slowdowns during almost all of the menu simulations. I use the same maxed-out graphics settings as always, not much running in the background except Firefox with maybe 10% CPU usage max.

I also swear the loading time of the game has increased dramatically, like almost double as long. I am not comparing to pre-SA, I ran the game with SA before on the deck without issues.

Anyone else experiencing similar?
