[2.0.12] mouse button 4 doesn't close inventory

What did you do?
I clicked on mouse button 4 to open or close inventory

What happened?
It opens inventory, but doesn't close inventory. When in the technology screen it does open inventory behind that screen if it is not already open. But only in multiplayer with me as host.

What did you expect?
When i click mouse button 4, the inventory should open (which it does), when i click it again, the inventory should close, which it does not.

Does it happen always?
In a space age save wit no other mods: yes
In an unmodded clean save: yes

Additional information:
I have a Logitech G502 Hero wired. I have no other with extra buttons to test it. But the button is not broken since it has worked before and works everywhere else.

After looking into this, this is working correctly. The key bind is "open GUI", not toggle GUI. The toggle GUI key bind is called "open character crafting" and will always open the crafting GUI in flat vs tabbed character mode, or close the entire GUI if pressed while already opened.
