[2.0.60] Railgun charge meter visible through panel above

What did you do?

• I built a space platform with a railgun
• I scrolled down to see damage stats (shift+scroll)
• The railgun sprite showing the cable connections is now below the infopanel with speed/weight/thrust/damage
• The railgun sprite is now covered by the panel. The charging sprite is not hidden

What happened?

What did you expect to happen instead?
I'd expect the visibility of the railgun charge to be tied to the visibility of the rest of the railgun
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
I can reliably reproduce it

Thanks for the report however I don't believe there's any simple way to address this.
