[2.0.69] Crafting speed displayed incorrectly

I first noticed a discrepancy with the biolab (pictures attached), then later noticed similar with the electromagnetic plant (video link, above).
In the video, you can see I swap out the electromagnetic plants and the speed obviously changes, going by the progress bars, but the displayed speed does not change.

I don't know if the issue exists with regular assembling machines or other entities, or under what circumstances this begins to occur.

I don't know if things changed in the ~6 hours since looking at the biolabs, but I have an earlier save (6 hours prior) as well for the biolabs.

I haven't played much in a few years. Maybe I made a mistake.

Yes, the percentages are relative to base speed. The total speed should be accurate and in your screenshots it changes. The bonus percentage from beacons/modules stays the same.

I am not seeing anything wrong. Quality of the machine affects base crafting speed so it does not show as a percentage bonus alongside of received speed module effects. Crafting speed is different and tooltip shows them as being different. Not a bug.
