URGENT: 125-Hour Save Corruption - MilitaryTarget Error - Need Developer Help

*Factorio Version:* 2.0.69 (Steam, Windows 11)
*Mods:* Space Age 2.0.69, LogisticTrainNetwork 2.4.2, Quality 2.0.69, Bob's Inserters 2.0.1, Electric Trains 0.4.2, and 20+ other mods (full list in log file)

*Problem:* Game crashes immediately when loading the save file with "MilitaryTarget.cpp:25: input.load<uint8_t>() == MilitaryTarget::SAVE_MAGIC was not true" error. The crash occurs during blueprint "5_2_balancer" loading.

*What I've tried:*
1. Loading all autosaves (3 different ones, all corrupted the same way)
2. HEX-editing - renamed "5_2_balancer" but didn't help
3. Editor Extensions mod - same crash
4. Scripts in script-output folder - game crashes before scripts can run
5. Disabling all mods - same error
6. Removing additional surfaces (level.dat1, level.dat2, etc.) - didn't help
7. Steam Cloud recovery - no backups available

*Additional Info:*
- 125 hours of gameplay in this world
- All autosaves are equally corrupted
- Error seems to be in electric network statistics consistency
- The world was working fine before, crash started suddenly

Please help recover this 125-hour world if possible!

Not sure what about this is urgent, but I hope they can help. You're going to run Memtest on your computer now, right? That will show you if you need to replace your RAM to prevent future corruption.
My mods: Multiple Unit Train Control, RGB Pipes, Shipping Containers, Rocket Log, Smart Artillery Wagons.
Maintainer of Auto Deconstruct, Cargo Ships, Vehicle Wagon, Honk, Shortwave.

There is quite a significant discrapency between provided package with a save file and a log file that contains a report about electric network missing a statistics, and a reported issue about military target save file corruption.

Given the provided save file (inside of the package) which throws an error about missing statistics, corruption looks exactly the same like 130376 where multiple equipment grid items were completly voided out of the game without deleting related equipment grids. I remember this issue being fixable through hex editing so i was able to investigate your save and manually remove 1 electric network that was orphaned. I do not know if this was a CPU hicckup skipping a function call to release an electric network, i hope you are not using any types of cheat tools for spawning or voiding items (linked topic had a lot of corruption in it, and i was able to trace it back to another forum that suggested a cheat tool was involved).

Fixed save file looks to be loading just fine in a current experimental (2.0.72) as well as in current version in development so i think there are no other corruptions present inside.

Thanks for saving the save, and I didn't use any cheat programs or mods. I played the entire 125 hours honestly, it's more fun that way.
