[2.0.69] Blueprint puts 4 modules on tier 2 assembler

I copied the assembler on the bottom of the picture and pasted it on the top one with forced build, put another blueprint one tile higher then immediately undid it. After that the assembler had 4 module requests instead of 2. There are still 2 module slots, and the bots ignore the two extra module requests. After copypasting the bugged assembler, the new one also has 4 requests but the bots ignore all of them. Tried that several times on different assemblers, works every time.
