[2.0.71] Logistics groups active on cargo landing pad with space age disabled

When a mod that has 'space_travel_required = true' and you do not have space age enabled, the cargo landing pad has logistics groups enabled for it but nothing can use them by default. In my specific case it is with space-exploration and stack-inserters mods. I was looking for a way to disable them in the cargo-landing-pad prototype but could not find anything that would disable them. So I am not sure if this is intended or a oversight.

If a mod enables a feature that requires Space age, has Space age as dependency and you then disable Space age I would expect things to not work anymore.

Sorry I should have clarified better, this instance has the space-age mod as incompatible but uses a space age feature flag
