We can automate wood production in vanilla now, so... why not? It'd give a boost to one of silliest possible items to grind legendary for. (The other being burner miners, of course.)

Silly?!? Legendary Quality makes the Small pole almost as powerful as a Common Substation; while only occupying 1 Tile and being visually less intrusive than the Medium pole. I like to use them on Platforms for running Signal wires.

It’s already a thing, small poles can be crafted in the EMP. Just to complete the suite of power poles.
