Split logistic groups to a separate page?

Logistic groups are currently a subsection of the logistic network page. But logistic groups are actually a pretty big system used in many places:

• Surface requests: logistic chests, rocket silo, player character, car, tank, spidertron
• Orbital requests: space platform hub, cargo landing pad
• Constant combinator, and thus circuit networks and control behaviors in general

The constant combinator page is particularly ugly to me, providing a brief description of its special behavior and not even linking to the page where more information can be found. Even if I added a link, I think it's an ugly redirect. Logsitic groups encompass more than just logistic networks, and logistic networks have different behavior for surface requests vs. orbital requests.

I feel like it would be more elegant for these many different pages to be linking to a dedicated page for logistic groups, no?

The section as is on logistic network would be a bit too short to make its own page, but if you can add more information (like the behaviour with multipliers, maybe something from the FFF) then that sounds like a good idea to split out.
