[2.0.69] The missile silo does not send the item to the platform

-What did you do?
The platform arrived in Nauvis orbit and requested an item - q5 repair packs 100pcs (full stack).

-What happened?
Repair packs were loaded into the missile silo by bots, but the rocket launch was not carried out.

-What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
The rocket with repair packs was supposed to take off.

-Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
So far only once.

I don't know if it's allowed to upload bug reports with mods, I have some minor mods. I have a checkpoint save where the rocket doesn't want to take off. If I load into this save, the problem still occurs; If I disable any mod, like rate-calculator or any other, the rocket takes off correctly when loading that map save.
The log file starts from yesterday, when it happened, after which I rebooted into different saves several times.

I can see in the save file how it's broken, but I have no idea how it would have gotten into that state. Do you know of any way to reproduce this stuck state from scratch? (a save where it shows up to the planet, and upon requesting the repair packs it gets stuck?)

I have an autosave from about 30 minutes before this incident, but if I load it and wait for the platform to arrive at Nauvis, this error doesn't appear. Furthermore, the number of repair packs on the platform is different, as a different number of asteroids crashed into it. However, I can provide this save if you need it.
